Race Day Guidelines - ION Contribution Run 2025
Expo Venue (Race Kit Distribution)
The Race kit has T-shirt, bag and Bib

ION Corp. Infospace 5th Floor, Building 2, Plot -2, Block B, Sector 62, Noida.
Date & Duration of expo-
10am to 5pm on Saturday 22nd March 2025

The kits will be distributed strictly during the above-mentioned time frame. Kits will not be available at the event venue on Sunday. Only Bib (without kit) can be collected on event morning.
You may authorize someone to collect bibs (for individual or group). The authorized person should carry a copy (hard or soft) of your participation confirmation mail or your bib number. Don’t exchange your bibs. Don’t tag your bib on your back; wear it on your chest.
Note:- If you have booked your kit for home delivery then these will be delivered by 20th March 2025. You need not come to the expo on Saturday.

Venue- JSS University, C-20/1, C Block, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida.

Assembly starts at 5:00am
Race Flag off Time:
► Half Marathon- 6:30am start, (1st loop 1.1Km, next 2 loops (5K+5K)= 21.1Km)
► 10Km Run- 6:45am start, (u-turn from 5Km, 1loop= 10Km)
► 5Km Run & Walk- 6:50am (u-turn from 2.5Km)
► 1Mile Junior Run- (6:55am start)
Water Stations and other arrangements:
Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 4 water stations on the route i.e. 50m, 2Km, 4Km & 5Km. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.
Facilities in assembly area:
Sanitized toilets in the assembly area, photo zone, food zone, baggage counter & experience zone. Portable toilets will be at 5Km point on the route.
Post Run Activities:
► Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate will be available online.
► Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in the assembly area.
Prizes & Trophies:
- Cash prize to top 3 finishers (overall fastest Male & Female) in 21.1Km, 10Km & 5Km Run, will be timed by net time, irrespective of age category.
- Top 3 fastest 1mile juniors (boys and girls) will get trophies
- 5Km Walkathon is a non-timed fun walk.
- Age category wise podium finishers will be felicitated in a separate function, date for which will be communicated to the winners once the results are officially announced on Wednesday (30
th March).

Parking:
Parking is available. Security team and volunteers will guide you in parking your vehicle. Prefer not park on the road or haphazardly. Car-pooling is always the best option.
About the route:
There will be Km, direction markers and volunteers to guide you on the route and at every turn. The route is such that there is minimum or no traffic.
Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean.
